The positions of the satellites on the Satellite Coverage Map are calculated using the SGP4 algorithm and are based on the Satellite Element Sets published weekly on ORBCOMM's corporate web site. The coverage circles surrounding the satellites are estimated based on a five degree elevation angle and may vary from observed availability. The positions of the satellites are automatically updated every minute.
